When you ask for an offer, refer a seller, call or email us, we collect the details you give us: such as your name, phone number, email, postcode and vehicle details.

We use them only to value your vehicle, contact you about your offer, arrange collection, complete the purchase and keep the records the law requires. For referrals, we also use them to pay commission.

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to complete a purchase (for example with the DVLA, a finance company to settle outstanding finance, or our payment provider) or where the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years and purchase records for as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing office@cashcarbuyer.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
